PURPOSE: A high frequency transformer is provided to minimize a matching loss without the increase of an area by forming each transmission line with different multilayer metal. CONSTITUTION: Each transmission line is made of multilayer metal. A first transmission line(20) is comprised of two or more metal layers. A second transmission line(30) is comprised of two or more metal layers. The second transmission line induces a secondary current or voltage according to the current or voltage transmitted through the first transmission line.
