PURPOSE: A mount device for all-steel card clothing is provided to conveniently measure the force used for mounting a profile wire by arranging a mounting arm of a force measuring device to measure the force applied to a frame. CONSTITUTION: A mount device for all-steel card clothing includes a frame(5) and a force measuring device. The frame supports a mounting arm(4) which is controlled by a guide device(11) towards a rotary shaft. The rotary shaft inserts the all-steel card clothing(2). The force measuring device measures the force applied on the top of the mounting arm during a process. The mounting arm supports an aligner to spread the all-steel card clothing. |
