A light emitting diode street lamp (1) comprises a plurality of light emitting diode chips (10), a ceramic substrate (20), a lampshade (50), a nano glaze layer (40) and a heat radiation dissipating film (60). The nano glaze layer (40) is formed above the ceramic substrate (20), has self-cleaning effect by the aid of lotus effect generated by surface characteristics of nano particles and simultaneously provides a protection and isolation function of electrical insulation. The heat radiation dissipating film (60) is formed on the inner surface of the lampshade (50) and the surface of the ceramic substrate (20) and has a surface microscopic structure with crystals, thereby rapidly transmitting the heat generated by the light emitting diode chips (10) in a directional heat radiation form, improving radiating efficiency, further decreasing total thickness, improving luminous efficiency of light emitting diodes, and prolonging service life of the light emitting diode street lamp (1). |
