FIELD: information technologies. ^ SUBSTANCE: device comprises a module of single-address transfer channel generation arranged with the possibility to generate a single-address transfer channel; a module of MBMS channel generation arranged with the possibility to generate a MBMS channel; a module of multiplexing arranged with the possibility of multiplexing with time division of a single-address transfer channel and MBMS channel in a single frequency band; and a transmitting module arranged with the possibility of transmitted symbols transfer multiplexed with time division.
