PURPOSE: A prefabricated structure of a continuous perpendicular reinforcing wall, and a prefabricated water tank using thereof are provided to steadily change the transverse applied to a wall panel to the vertical load applied to a perpendicular wall channel. CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated structure of a continuous perpendicular reinforcing wall includes a pair of wall panels(110), a pair of perpendicular wall channels(120), and a first bolt assembly(131). The wall panels include a wall surface forming unit(111) and a junction unit. The junction unit is formed on both sides of the wall surface forming unit. The perpendicular wall channels are closely located to each wall panel. The perpendicular wall channels include a web and a flange located on both sides of the web. The first bolt assembly fastens the junction unit and the web.
