PURPOSE: A water circulating system cooperating with a refrigerant system is intended to provide higher temperature of water since water is heat-exchanged with second refrigerant which has been heat-exchanged with the first refrigerant of a first refrigerant system. CONSTITUTION: A water circulating system cooperating with a refrigerant system comprises a first refrigerant system(1), a second refrigerant system(2), a middle heat exchanger(25), a heat accumulating unit(16), and a water circulating unit. The first refrigerant system forms a refrigerant cycle, in which first refrigerant flows. The first refrigerant system comprises a first compressor(11) and a first heat exchanger(13) for heat-exchanging air with the first refrigerant. The second refrigerant system forms another refrigerant cycle, in which second refrigerant flows. The second refrigerant system comprises a second compressor(21). The middle heat exchanger heat-exchanges the first refrigerant with the second refrigerant in a process the first and second refrigerant flow.
