PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anticorrosive conductive coating which has excellent corrosion resistance and conductivity.

SOLUTION: The anticorrosive conductive coating has an amorphous phase made of P and Ti at least in a part. The anticorrosive conductive material in which the anticorrosive conductive coating is formed on the surface of a base material exhibits excellent corrosion resistance or conductivity which has not been obtained heretofore.
