<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductor-pattern formed substrate whose surface resistance is lower than those of conventional substrates and on which a conductor pattern having high conductivity is formed with high productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The conductor-pattern formed substrate is provided. A receptive layer 5 is formed on a surface of the substrate 4 using a cellulose acetate alkylate.
