The present invention relates to a parasol having an improved configuration such that light reflected from the ground and incident to an inner surface of a shade canopy is prevented from being reflected again at the inner surface of the shade canopy and concentrated onto a user. The parasol of the present invention comprises: a shade canopy having a light-reflecting outer surface and a light-absorbing inner surface; and a support member for maintaining the shade canopy in the spread state. Further, the present invention relates to a shade canopy for a parasol, which comprises a light-reflecting outer surface and a light-absorbing inner surface. |
