<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display an image excellent in diagnosing ability of the 3D structure of a tissue of a subject with simple operation. <P>SOLUTION: An ultrasonograph 100 generates volume data based on an RF signal frame data of a plurality of tomographic planes different in slice positions of the subject 1 and displays at least one of tomographic image of the tomographic plane of the subject generated based on the volume data in the image display 22. An examiner sets an area of interest (continuous regeneration ROI) in the tomographic image displayed via an input interface section 26. A display control section 30 generates a plurality of tomographic images of the parallel tomographic faces arranged parallel in the area of interest of the tomographic images in which the area of interest is set based on the volume data, and displays the generated tomographic images of the plurality of parallel tomographic faces in the image display while switching them. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
