A locking device for an outlet chamber cover plate is provided. One end of the outlet chamber cover plate (202) is connected with the outlet chamber body (201) through the rotating shaft (203). The wrench (204) includes a wrench body (2041) and a wrench clamping element (2042). The other end of the outlet chamber cover plate (202) is connected with the wrench body (2041) of the wrench (204) through the wrench rotating shaft (206). The wrench clamping pin (205) is fixed on the outlet chamber body (201). The wrench clamping element (2042) clamps the wrench clamping pin (205) so as to lock the outlet chamber cover plate (202) and the outlet chamber body (201). With the invention, the outlet chamber cover plate can be locked without using bolts, and locking implements are not necessary to be carried and used, so the operation is convenient, and the universality is strong, and the mounting efficiency can be improved.
