STAB-RESISTANT BALLISTIC-RESISTANT MATERIAL AND PRODUCTION PROCESS THEREOF

A stab-resistant ballistic-resistant material consisting of stab-resistant layers and ballistic-resistant layers, in which, stab-resistant layers have at least one layer, each layer consists of two units which are cross-laminated from high strength high modulus unidirectionally-oriented fiber pre-preg strips, the adjacent units are laminated in a rotation angle of 45 degrees, both sides of the stab-resistant layers are adhered with thin films; ballistic-resistant layers have at least one layer, each layer consists of two units which are cross-laminated from unidirectionally-oriented fiber pre-preg strips, the adjacent units are laminated in a rotation angle of 90 degrees, both sides of the ballistic-resistant layers are adhered with thin films. A process for manufacturing the stab-resistant ballistic-resistant material is also provided. The stab-resistant ballistic-resistant material has both stab-resistant and ballistic-resistant functions so as to lighten the weight of the stab-resistant ballistic-resistant garment produced therefrom, improve the protective efficiency thereof, and facilitate its production.
