PURPOSE: A system and method for providing a personal broadcasting home shopping service using a mobile IPTV service are provided to actively buy goods while exchanging goods information through a multimedia broadcast service. CONSTITUTION: A service control server(700) opens a individual broadcasting type home shopping service according to the request of a seller terminal(100). The service control server provides an advertisement about the individual broadcasting type home shopping service to multiple of unspecified individuals or specified user groups in order to invite the viewers of individual broadcasting type home shopping service. A service center(600) receives a message on the information about the individual broadcasting type home shopping service and set a broadcast multicast service session with one or more viewer terminals(200). The service center multicasts the real-time video of the goods.
