<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new peroxycarboxylic acid compositions. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to compositions including medium chain peroxycarboxylic acid, a method for making these compositions, and a method for reducing the population of a microorganism.
