PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate troubles in inserting a grip into a flange by close of a vehicle interior leg part while preventing defective appearance caused by the vehicle interior leg part lifted from the flange and waved when the grip is attached to a corner in a weather strip having the grip inserted and mounted to the flange on a circumferential edge of an opening of a trunk room of an automobile and a hollow seal portion projected from the grip and elastically connected to a trunk lid in which the grip has the vehicle interior leg part and a hollow vehicle exterior leg part attached to a vehicle body panel by a two-sided adhesive tape. SOLUTION: In the grip 12 of the weather strip 11, the vehicle interior leg part 12b is hollow and the thickness is larger than a gap between the flange 1 and a garnish end. When being mounted to a garnish 8 after mounted to the flange 1, the grip 12 is squeezed into the garnish end to be crushed.
