PURPOSE: A common mode filter is provided to increase common mode impedance in a low frequency band. CONSTITUTION: In a common mode filter, first insulation layers(20,30) form a first conductor while second insulation layers(50,60) form a second conductor. A magnetic layer is laminated between the first insulating layer and the second insulating layer. The first and second insulating layers are connected to each other through a via hole. |
