<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological recognition steering wheel capable of stably detecting biological signals of a driver in a state of operating the steering wheel by a conventional method without giving the driver a feeling of inconvenience with simple structure and configuration. <P>SOLUTION: The steering wheel with a biological recognition sensor includes a large number of sensing protrusions projected in protrusion shape on the surface of the steering wheel and having electric conductivity. The steering wheel includes studs which are the sensing protrusions inserted penetrating the inside from the outside of a cover material; the sheet-like cover material forming the surface; and washers connected to the studs inside the cover material. The stud includes a head located outside the cover material, and an insertion part projected from the center lower side of the head and inserted penetrating the cover material.
