摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve excellent operability while employing variable engine speed control saving energy. <P>SOLUTION: In a hybrid excavator including a pump and a generator-motor which are connected to the output shaft of an engine, and an electric motor, a target engine speed (Nt) calculated based on a lever operation signal or the like is instructed to be input into a generator-motor controller 33 as a target rotational speed for the generator-motor. Also, a corrected target engine speed (Net) calculated based on the present engine torque, the present main pump absorptive torque, the present torque required for operating the electric motor, and the present engine speed is instructed to be input into an engine controller 22 as a target engine speed to the engine controller.
