<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a fluctuation component that a feature level naturally fluctuates in acoustic feeling. <P>SOLUTION: A phase setting part 34 sets virtual phase θ(ti) in frequency time series FA of an acoustic signal XA. A unit wave extraction part 36 extracts a unit wave W0 for one cycle specified by the virtual phase θ(ti) set by the phase setting part 34 from the frequency time series FA for each of the plurality of time points ti. The first generation part 561 generates velocity information V(ti) according to the degree of expansion/contraction when expanding/contracting the unit wave W0 to a prescribed length N. The second generation part 562 generates shape information S(ti) showing a shape of a frequency spectrum Q after an adjustment of the unit wave W0. A fluctuation imparting part 40 generates a fluctuation component C by using the velocity information V(ti) and the shape information S(ti) for every time point ti, and adds the fluctuation component C to an acoustic signal XB. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
