PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid droplet discharge head and a liquid droplet discharge device capable of efficiently enlarging displacement of a vibration plate, in a liquid droplet discharge actuator using a piezoelectric element. SOLUTION: The liquid droplet discharge head for discharging liquid droplets within a liquid chamber from a nozzle hole by deforming the vibration plate comprising part of the liquid chamber storing the liquid droplets includes: a plate-shaped member having the piezoelectric element formed on the opposite face side to the liquid chamber side in the vibration plate, a lower electrode formed on the face on the vibration plate side in the piezoelectric element and an upper electrode formed on the face on the side opposite to the face where the lower electrode is formed in the piezoelectric element; a fixed wall formed at one end on the upper electrode side of the plate-shaped member and fixing a base plate formed on the upper electrode side to sandwich the plate-shaped member with the vibration plate and the plate-shaped member; and a pressing wall formed at the other end on the lower electrode side of the plate-shaped member and pressing the vibration plate.
