<p>The device (12) has a stabilizer (9) which is connected with a wheel axle (1) of the vehicle on its two sides over a stabilizer arm. The stabilizer is formed partially as a torsion bar (8). A locking device (13) is provided with which an area of the stabilizer is partially lockable relative to a body of the vehicle. The locking device is formed as rotary friction clutch (14) and a clutch element (15) of the rotary friction clutch is rotatably connected with the stabilizer.</p>
