PURPOSE: An aging system of a field emission device and a method thereof are provided to remove foreign materials within a short period of time by performing first and second aging processes. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum chamber(150) includes an internal space having a constant size. A supporting plate(120) is located in the internal space of the vacuum chamber. The supporting plate is used for supporting a lower part of a field emission device and the field emission device is loaded by the supporting plate. A power supply unit(130) is located at the outside of the vacuum chamber. An over-current protection circuit unit(140) restricts the power within the predetermined intensity of the constant current.
