PURPOSE: A light diffusing plate, a method for manufacturing the same, a backlight apparatus including the same, and a liquid crystal display device including the same are provided to improve the manufacturing stability by maintaining the superior antistatic characteristic after a water cleaning process. CONSTITUTION: A light diffusing plate includes a diffusing base layer and a coating layer. The coating layer contains organic fluorinated imidic acid ammonium salt which is represented by chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, R1 and R2 are respectively fluorine-based sulfonyl group. R3 to R6 are respectively hydrogen element or C1 to C10 alkyl group or aryl group. The coating layer is formed on one side of the diffusing base layer through a spraying coating method.
