The invention relates to a wiper blade for windscreen wiper installations for vehicles, comprising a wiper blade adapter (6) which is mounted on a wiper blade top (2.1) and which can be detachably fastened to a receptacle (7) of a wiper arm (1) by insertion in a direction of connection (A) and by subsequent locking, at least one locking piece (17) which interacts with a matching locking piece (18) being provided for locking with the wiper blade adapter (6). The wiper blade is characterized by spring elements (19, 19a, 20, 21.2, 22, 24) for biasing the wiper blade adapter received in the receptacle on the wiper arm end or of an adapter element (6.1) against the locked connection defined by the at least one locking piece and the associated mating locking piece (18), preferably in an axial direction of the direction of connection or in an axial direction (B) counter to the direction of connection. |
