The element has a bearing body (1) attachable at a base, and a U-shaped supporting body (5) comprising two side pieces (7) forming a guiding groove (23). A sliding element (20) is arranged within the guiding groove, and the supporting body is held on the bearing body by a guide. The guide is formed in shape of a groove (11) i.e. dovetail groove, that is arranged on a lower side of a base plate (6) of the supporting body and partially corresponds with cross-section of the bearing body. The bearing body has latch openings (3) transverse to its longitudinal extension.
