TERMINAL POSITION ASSURANCE AND CONNECTOR USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A terminal holding fixture and a connector using the same are provided to generate a holding fixture body with the insert molding of a metal core. CONSTITUTION: A holding fixture body(32) includes a metal core(33) in the inside. The epidermal layer(34) of synthetic resin materials surrounds the exterior of the core. The holding fixture body supports one side of the terminal in the inside of a housing. A locking hook(36) includes a hooking portion(38). A pair of locking hooks is formed in one side of both ends of the holding fixture body. The hooking portion is projected in the opposite direction. The hooking portion suspends on one side of the housing.
