摘要 PURPOSE: A producing method of a healthy beverage is provided to simplify producing processes of the beverage, and to prevent dental caries and intestinal flora. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a healthy beverage comprises the following steps: adding 0.1~1,000units of dextransucrase enzymes into 100parts of extract by weight obtained from edible plants or medical herbs; and settling or stir-reacting the mixture at 4~28deg C for 30minutes~24hours. The reacted liquid additionally contains one disaccharide selected from the group consisting of the maltose, lactose, isomaltose, cellobiose, trehalose, and chitobiose.
