PURPOSE: A sample collecting apparatus is provided to prevent contamination and decomposition. CONSTITUTION: A sample collecting apparatus comprises a collecting unit placed on the sample position and a recording unit(2) for recording the sample. The collecting unit contains reagent containing buffer solution, EDTA, and SDS and color ink. The recording unit has a serial number, individual number, and collection date.
