FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to disposable absorbing products, such as sanitary towels, diaper, diaper-underpants, hygienic underpants and underpants applied in case of incontinence, and can be used in caring for child, ill or disabled person. Absorbing product includes elastic cloth (19) which has formed in it hole (21) and absorbing element (3), containing liquid-permeable internal coating (8) and liquid-impermeable external coating (9) and attached to facing the user side of elastic cloth (19) in such a way as to cover hole (21). Elastic cloth (19) surrounds absorbing element (3) around all its parts. Absorbing element (3) is attached to elastic cloth (19), elastic cloth being in stretched state, at least for 30% both in longitudinal and transverse direction of product. Object of the invention also includes method of manufacturing said absorbing products. ^ EFFECT: creation of absorbing product with preservation of elastic properties of elastic cloth, with suitable fitting to body and outlook. ^ 13 cl, 8 dwg |
