PURPOSE: An outer case of a refrigerator, a refrigerator therewith, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to cover up the surface deformation of the outer case by causing an optical illusion. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerator comprises a main body, a door, and an outer case. A storage chamber is formed in the main body. The door opens and closes the storage chamber. The outer case comprises a pattern part and one or more rough parts(100a). The pattern part is formed on the surface of the outer case and improves the exterior of the outer case. The rough parts constitute a part of the pattern part.
