PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device for touch panel integration is provided to include a liquid crystal display device for touch panel integration having high transmittance and low resistance by controlling the thickness of a transparent electrode. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal panel includes a liquid crystal layer between a first substrate and a second substrate. The first substrate faces with the second substrate. A first electrode(142) and a second electrode(143) are formed in a transparent electrode. The first electrode faces with the second electrode.
