<p>Provided are a conveyance arm which is low cost and can maintain high conveyance accuracy even after being operated for a long period of time, and a conveyance robot provided with the conveyance arm. A conveyance arm is configured in such a manner that a first parallel link mechanism (36) and a second parallel link mechanism (38) are connected to cause the first and second parallel link mechanisms (36, 38) to have a common short link axis (35), which is disposed on a rotational angle transmission mechanism (29), to thereby allow a rotational motion applied to the first parallel link mechanism (36) to be transmitted to the second parallel link mechanism (38) through the rotational angle transmission mechanism (29). Alternatively, a conveyance arm is configured in such a manner that a rotational angle transmission mechanism (29) and driven side links of a second parallel link mechanism and a first parallel link mechanism (36) are supported in the horizontal direction by a drive side link (30) of the first parallel link mechanism (36) and that the rotational angle transmission mechanism (29) is configured in such a manner that the rotational angle applied to the drive side link (30) of the first parallel link mechanism (36) is transmitted to a drive side link (32) of the second parallel link mechanism supported by the drive side link (30) of the first parallel link mechanism (36) through a guide means disposed parallel to a short link axis (35).</p> |
