An optical demodulator comprises a first reflector (1), a second reflector (2), a third reflector (3), and an optical splitter (4). The first reflector (1) is located at one side of the optical splitter (4), and the second reflector (2) and the third reflector (3) are located at the other side of the optical splitter (4). The input light is splitted by the optical splitter (4) for the first time to obtain a first route of light and a second route of light. The first route of light is reflected back by the first reflector (1) and splitted by the optical splitter (4) for the second time, wherein the two routes of light obtained by splitting the first route of light respectively impinge on the first reflector (1) and the third reflector (3). The second route of light is reflected back by the second reflector (2) and splitted by the optical splitter (4) for the second time, wherein the two routes of light obtained by splitting the second route of light respectively impinge on the first reflector (1) and the third reflector (3). The two routes of light reflected back by the first reflector (1) and the third reflector (3) respectively and obtained by splitting the first route of light, are splitted by the optical splitter (4), and the obtained light interfere to obtain two routes of light with different phases, which are output.
