PURPOSE: A stick type cleansing cosmetic composition is provided to maximize a cleansing effect and minimize skin irritation. CONSTITUTION: A stick type cleansing cosmetic composition which can be washed off contains: 9-14 weight% of polyethylene/microcrystalline mixture wax, 1-7 weight% of mineral wax, 1-4 weight% of oil tackifier, 1-14 weight% of inorganic tackifier, 14.5-15.5 weight% of non-ionic surfactant, 0.1-0.4 weight% of antibacterial moisturizing powder, and 0.5-78.0 weight% of liquid phase oil.
