PROBE AND PROBE CIRCUIT FOR SOLID-STATE NUCLEAR MAGNETIC RESONANCE

PURPOSE: A solid state nuclear magnetic resonance probe device and a circuit thereof are provided to optimize a Q factor value and a non-inference degree between a high frequency nuclide channel and a lower frequency nuclide channel. CONSTITUTION: A coil(L1) surrounds a sample. An observation channel capacitor(410) is comprised of capacitors connected to one side of the coil and is matched with the tuning of the observation nuclide. A first terminal applies a first pulse to the observation channel capacitor and measures the reflected signal. A trap(420) is connected to the first terminal. A second terminal applies a second pulse to a decouple channel capacitor(430) and measures the reflected signal.
