PURPOSE: A sludge removing apparatus of recycled aggregate is provided to wash recycled aggregate by spraying water, to improve grain shape by moving from the lower of the trommel which is installed to be sloped while the recycled aggregate is washed, to produce recycled aggregate of high quality by washing soil or the silicon dioxide flower etc in the surface of the recycled aggregate with water, and to enhance the quality of the recycled aggregate since the recycled aggregate is bumped against each other and improves the grain shape. CONSTITUTION: The sludge removing apparatus of recycled aggregate includes: a cylindrical trommel(10) which is installed to rotate in the state of being inclined; a transfer screw(17) transferring the recycled aggregate in the vortex shape is installed in the inner wall of the trommel; a mash net(15) for the sludge selection which is covered on the outside of trommel; a mesh guard net(15a) which is covered on the outside of trommel and is fixed with a band(16); a injection nozzle(30) which injects the water towards the recycled aggregate is installed in the inside of trommel; a water tank, gathering water exhausted to the outside of trommel and the sludge on the recycled aggregate, are installed in the lower of trommel; and a transporting blade, which discharges the sludge piled up in the floor to one side, is installed in the water tank. |
