PURPOSE: An optical fiber unit laying device is provided to efficiently sense the failure of a tube laying operation. CONSTITUTION: An optical fiber guide unit(20) is installed on a base in front of an optical fiber transferring unit(10) and stably transmits the optical fiber unit from the optical fiber transferring unit to a ventilation transmitting unit by installing the optical fiber unit in the rear of a blowing transmitting unit(30). The optical fiber guide unit monitors the supply of the optical fiber unit.
