PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide volcanic ash soap with an additive, wherein volcanic ash is made permeate to all pores in skin surfaces to effectively removes oil and fat sticking to a skin stratum corneum and skin, and a skin effect that the additive contained in the soap has is synergically increased with the volcanic ash. SOLUTION: The volcanic ash soap with the additive contains a soap additive and porous ultrafine volcanic ash which is crushed by a crusher to obtain fine particles of≤2μm in diameter and made uniform by a rotational sieve selecting particle diameters utilizing centrifugal force, wherein the ultrafine volcanic ash adsorbs particles of the soap additive such as polyphenol and pennyroyal oil, for example as a base material and conveys them to the skin surface and the particles of the soap additive are separated from the ultrafine volcanic ash and fixed to the skin surface when the ultrafine volcanic ash comes in contact with the skin in water.
