PURPOSE: An automatic toll levy terminal for providing traffic information is provided to consult convenience of a driver by automatically levying a toll and simultaneously outputting traffic information as voice signals. CONSTITUTION: An automatic toll levy terminal for providing traffic information includes a communication unit(202), a control unit(200), and a TTS(Text To Speech) processing unit(204). The communication unit receives toll information and traffic information from an automatic toll levy server. The control unit extracts the traffic information corresponding to a mobile section of a vehicle of the received traffic information. The TTS processing unit converts the extracted traffic information to a voice signal and outputs the converted voice signal through a speaker. The communication unit receives the toll information and the traffic information by using a wireless communication band corresponding to a 5.3GHz band. The communication unit requesting an access to the automatic toll levy server and sets a wireless communication link.
