PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve in light extraction efficiency as well as in display quality of an organic light-emitting device. SOLUTION: The organic light-emitting display device is provided with a first substrate 10 with a plurality of pixels (1) arranged in a matrix shape, a second substrate (20) equipped with a light extraction layer (22) made of a number of micro particles through a sealing resin layer (21), and an adhesive layer (30) intercalated between the plurality of pixels (1) and the light extraction layer (22) for adhering the first substrate (10) and the second substrate (20). Each of the plurality of pixels (1) consists of a light-emitting area (2) and a non-light-emitting area (3), the latter (3) with a bank layer (BNK) formed, and the former (2) equipped with a lower electrode (15) and an upper electrode (19) pinching a light-emitting layer (18). A lyophilic/liquid-repellent control layer (40) is provided between the light extraction layer (22) and the sealing resin layer (21), and the light extraction layer (22) is selectively formed corresponding to the light-emitting area (2).
