PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To broaden a color gamut which a printer can output. SOLUTION: A color conversion table creating program utilize a virtual primitive color axis coordinate constituted by three virtual primitive color axes (virtual C axis, virtual M axis, virtual Y axis), when creating a color conversion table for converting a color value into a device value (CMYK value) to be output by a printer. To the virtual primitive color axis coordinate, a device value correlating to a plurality of color patches is made to correlate, further, the color value of the color patch output at each device value is made to correlate. Correlating of the device CMY value with regard to the virtual primitive color axis coordinate has a part where the device value correlating to at least one other virtual primitive color axis decreases according to the increase of the coordinate of one virtual primitive color axis coordinate. The virtual primitive color axis coordinate correlating to the color value is found for every color value to be stored in the color conversion table, through this virtual primitive color axis coordinate, the correlating device value is found to create the color conversion table.
