PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a front bumper cover and front structure of a vehicle advantageous to reduce costs while securing rigidity. SOLUTION: A hinge part 16 connecting an under cover 14 and a bumper cover body 12 to each other freely to swing can selectively form a first condition and a second condition of the under cover 14. In the firs condition, the under cover 14 is folded to a rear surface side of the bumper cover body 12, and the under cover 14 projects backward from a lower part of the bumper cover body 12, and an impact in the back and forth direction can be absorbed to increase the rigidity of the lower part of the bumper cover body 12. In the second condition, the under cover 14 swings toward a lower side of the bumper cover body 12 from the first condition to open a space in rear of the lower part of the bumper cover body 12 downward.
