PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injecting object that can be blown far, and a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: In the injecting object injected from an injection device, the injecting object is formed of water, an action-effective substance, and a gelling agent, or the injecting object comprises water, ethanol, the action-effective substance, and the gelling agent. The injection device includes a container for filling the injecting object, a piston for pressing the injecting object and injecting the injecting object from the container, a non-explosive blasting gas generator for generating gas pressure for pressing the piston, and a nozzle part for jetting the injecting object pressed by the piston. The gelling agent is sodium carboxymethylcellulose, xanthan gum, guar gum, pectin, carrageenan, tamarind gum, or propylene glycol.
