<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolyte cell employing a positive electrode active material functioning as the positive electrode active material and exhibiting a high ionic conductivity in an amorphous state, and to provide the positive electrode active material used for the solid electrolyte cell. <P>SOLUTION: The solid electrolyte battery has a laminated body wherein a positive electrode side collector film 30, a positive electrode active material film 40, a solid electrolyte film 50, a negative electrode potential forming layer 64 and a negative electrode side collector film 70, are laminated on a substrate 10 in this order. The positive electrode active material film 40 is composed of a lithium complex oxide of Li<SB>x</SB>M<SB>y</SB>PO<SB>4-z</SB>N<SB>z</SB>in an amorphous state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
