<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support system: for calculating manufacturing costs from various viewpoints by using a cost table in which cost information considering influence caused by secondary cost determination elements such as a manufacturing region and a manufacturing period is stored; and for comparing and analysing the manufacturing costs. <P>SOLUTION: The system includes: a design information management means for setting information concerned with design such as a change in component configuration and a change in the number of specification components; a process information management means for setting information concerned with processing such as a change in man-hour and a change in a processing method; a manufacturing condition rule management means for setting information in which a condition to be used for acquiring cost information is previously defined as a meaningful rule; a cost table management means for managing cost items and unit prices related to components and processes together with application conditions; a cost calculation means for correlating the design information and design information acquired from the processing information to cost information extracted from a cost table in a specific manufacturing condition rule and stacking manufacturing costs; and a cost comparison display means for displaying the manufacturing cost of a product in each manufacturing condition rule. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
