PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope cleaning device cleaning the external surface of an endoscope and the interior of a duct inside the endoscope. SOLUTION: This endoscope cleaning device includes an external surface cleaning device for cleaning the external surface of the endoscope, a duct interior cleaning device for cleaning the interior of the duct, and a control section. The external surface cleaning device consists of a cleaning tank, a cleaning liquid tank, a cleaning liquid feed means and a cleaning liquid discharge means; the duct interior cleaning device includes a cleaning member storing a spherical cleaning tool, a cleaning member mounting section for mounting the cleaning member, a liquid injector, an air injector, a liquid feed pipe and an air-pipe; the cleaning member mounting section includes an upstream-side mounting part communicated with the liquid feed pipe and the air-pipe, and a downstream-side mounting part having a connecting portion connectable to a proximal-side opening of the endoscope duct; and the control section has a liquid injector control function and an air injector control function, controls cleaning liquid and air to be fed, feeds the spherical cleaning tool from the proximal-side opening to the interior of the duct and, after moving the cleaning liquid, or the cleaning liquid and the air, with the spherical cleaning tool brought into contact with the duct inner wall and discharges it from the distal-side opening of the endoscope.
