PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission of a hybrid vehicle having one or more EV modes, two power branch modes and multistage fixed gear ratio shift stages. SOLUTION: This transmission of the hybrid vehicle includes a first differential gear device having at least three or more rotational elements including a rotational element always connected to an engine and provided so that two rotational elements among these can be mutually selectively connected, a second differential gear device having at least three or more rotational elements including a rotational element always connected to an output element, always connecting one rotational element among the rotational elements to one rotational element of the first differential gear device and selectively connecting the other one rotational element to the other one rotational element of the first differential gear device, a first motor generator, a second motor generator, and first and second fixing mechanisms provided so as to restrict the rotation of the rotational elements.
