PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate assembly work of an arm of a parallel link mechanism for elevatingly driving an elevating platform by welding, and to achieve a robust arm structure. SOLUTION: The elevating device includes a main body frame disposed on a vehicle side, and the elevating platform elevatingly driven with respect to the main body frame through the parallel link mechanism, and a main arm 20 of the parallel link mechanism includes a pair of arm plates 40 facing with each other, and spacer plates 51-54 arranged between the arm plates, and the spacer plates 51-54 have protruding pieces 51a-54a fitted in a through hole 41 of the arm plate 40, and are welded to the arm plate 40 in the state that the protruding pieces 51a-54a are fitted in the through hole 41.
