PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress tank damage caused by transmitting gases having a low molecular weight toward the outside of the tank in the high-pressure tank. SOLUTION: The high-pressure tank 10 is provided with a liner part 20 forming the inner shape of the tank and a shell part 30 forming the outer shape of the tank by winding a fiber reinforcing material over the outside of the liner part 20. The shell part 30 includes an innermost layer 32 and a shell body layer 34, and the innermost layer 32 is composed of the fiber reinforcing material having lower adhesive strength between a resin and a fiber than that between the resin and the fiber in the shell body layer and the shell body layer 34 is wound over the outside of the innermost layer and is composed of the fiber reinforcing material having normal adhesive strength between the resin and the fiber. A crack of a resin and delamination occur in the innermost layer 32 by an adequate external force, and thus a gas passage can be formed between the liner part 20 and the shell body layer 34.
