PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy various requests from such people who are likely to be socially isolated as elderly people, patients, and handicapped people due to the collapse of a local community. SOLUTION: A notification system includes: a home terminal 1 installed in a house H of a customer A, and equipped with two call buttons such as at least an emergency call button and an non-emergency call button capable of calling a control center B to enable the customer to talk to an operator C and a management computer 2 connected through a communication means 3 to the home terminal 1, and installed in the control center B, and equipped with a function for discriminating the call button of the home terminal equipment 1 depressed in response to the calling of the customer A to clarify the discrimination of emergency call and non-emergency call to the operator C. The control center B is configured to enable the operator C who has received the request of the customer A to request a task for satisfying the request of the customer A to an external undertaker D in which a communication means 4 is constructed, and to hold a consultation with the customer A.
